Xiantao Non-woven Productivity Promotion Center is located in Hubei Province non-woven industry cluster "China non-woven products city" - Xiantao City. In January 2006, relying on Xiantao non-woven leading enterprise - Xiantao Xinfa Plastic Products Co., Ltd., our company was registered and established. In December 2007, we passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certification. In September 2009, we were identified as the "National Demonstration Productivity Promotion Center" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2010, it was identified as the first batch of "National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Public Service Demonstration Platform" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and in 2011 it was identified as "Textile Industry Public Service Demonstration Platform" by the National Textile Industry Association.

The center has 2,400 square meters of service space, a thermostat testing room of 90 square meters, a purification laboratory of 240 square meters, and a training center of 230 square meters. The center has 86 sets of research and development, training, testing, information facilities and equipment, with total assets of 21 million yuan. The center has a total of 42 employees, including 36 science and technology personnel with bachelor's degree or above, all of whom have many years of non-woven research and development, testing, training, information and professional technical experience.

In order to strengthen the innovation ability of the center, improve the innovation level and international competitiveness, reach the advanced innovation level of the domestic science and technology service industry, effectively integrate resources, and enhance the credibility and comprehensive competitiveness of the center, the center has maintained long-term contact with 37 experts from relevant domestic universities, and signed cooperation agreements with Wuhan Textile University and other universities. "Wuhan Textile University Xiantao Non-woven R&D Center" and "Wuhan Textile University Xiantao non-woven Training and Practice Base" have been established. The Center carries out in-depth cooperation between industry, university and research on the research and development of new non-woven fabrics and the trial production of new non-woven products. Through prospective research to cultivate the development of non-woven fabric industry, the center has played a certain role in promoting the structural adjustment of Xiantao non-woven fabric industry, industrial upgrading and the transformation of economic development mode. In line with the concept of market-oriented development with non-woven industry cluster as the main body, the center actively carries out scientific and technological innovation services, personnel training services, information consulting services and product testing services for the non-woven industry.

The center actively carries out the research and development and promotion of all kinds of new products, and can develop 10 to 12 new products every year, mainly focusing on high value-added products such as SMMMMS, high-grade composite non-woven fabric, functional non-woven fabric, medical grade 4 non-woven fabric products, and actively promote and apply to enterprises in the cluster, to promote the cluster of non-woven fabric enterprises from the common civilian non-woven fabric to medical, health, protection and other high value-added products.

The center provides various technical personnel, management personnel and financial personnel training for enterprises in the cluster in batches every year, which can basically improve the incomplete training system of enterprises in the cluster. At the same time, the center also provides various technical consulting, management consulting and financial consulting services for the enterprises in the cluster, so as to guide the development of the enterprises in the cluster and basically solve the extensive development mode of the enterprises in the cluster.

The center has completed the interconnection with the provincial center, actively pays attention to and follows the international frontier information, and releases various technologies, product prices, fashion trends and other information to the enterprises in the cluster from time to time, realizing the information sharing among the enterprises in the cluster. At the same time, the center also provides testing services for all kinds of non-woven products to the enterprises in the cluster. The testing services of the center can ensure that the testing accuracy rate can reach more than 98%.

Innovative new technologies, new materials and new processes in our center can be quickly converted into productive forces in the cluster. It plays a positive role in promoting the technological innovation, sustainable development and economic benefit of the non-woven industry cluster in Hubei province.
